Ronda {travel}

When we travelled a little around the south of Spain, some 6 years back, our favourite places included Granada and a tiny little town called Ronda.

This is a scan of a film photo.

A traveller! I love his title. A traveller is to be reverenced as such. His profession is the best symbol of our life. Going from–toward; it is the history of every one of us.
Henry David Thoreau, The Journal of Henry D. Thoreau

See you for joy pockets tomorrow.

  15. Monica! That picture is stunning, absolutely stunning. You captured the landscapes, and the shadows, perfectly. I've been thinking about buying black and white photos a lot lately, and I would love something like that.

  16. aw thanks Charlotte, how i would've loved to have taken this scene with a digital camera and done it better. but i still love it, there's a rusticness (new word to it that captures the essence of the place.

  21. So beautiful Mon. Seriously, I've never been to any places like this in my life. I also love the fact that the name of the place is "Ronda" - so similar to my name!
