one word

Mysticism and exaggeration go together. A mystic must not fear ridicule if he is to push all the way to the limits of humility or the limits of delight.
Milan Kundera

mys·tic
noun. One who practices a contemplative, subjective,
and direct experience of the universal consciousness to know unity.

The supernatural is the natural not yet understood.
Elbert Hubbard

  3. It's so amazing the power just one word can have. This brought back so many wonderful memories. One of my favorite songs is Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic", a song that I've been listening to since my childhood.

"Let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic"

    The photo is beautiful!!!

  11. beautiful. I've always been drawn to that word, and the world of meaning behind the word. I remember clearly looking up the meaning of mystic in the dictionary as a young child and thinking about it for ages afterwards. And being an intense child, also overusing it for a time as well. hehe.

    Beautiful photo too...
